Program Learning Objectives:
Participants will acquire the knowledge provided in Bugatti et al. (2024) and become familiar with client retention findings.
Participants acquire supplemental knowledge to support implementation.
Participants will rehearse and apply the knowledge with a flashcard content review prior to the quiz.
Participant knowledge will be demonstrated in a multiple choice assessment. Passing the quiz with 80% will automatically generate a certificate of course completion. Quizzes may be re-taken until passed.
