Participants will read about countertransference and emotional exhaustion in early career school counselors in Hong et al. (2024). The article is supplemented with additional content to support implementation of the content.

Program Learning Objectives:
Participants will acquire the knowledge provided in Hong et al. (2024) and become familiar with countertransference and emotional exhaustion.
Participants acquire supplemental knowledge to support implementation of the content.
Participants will rehearse and apply the knowledge with a flashcard content review prior to the quiz.
Participant knowledge will be demonstrated in a multiple choice assessment. Passing the quiz with 80% will automatically generate a certificate of course completion. Quizzes may be re-taken until passed.
