Program Content Description:
Participants will read about the role of counselors in classroom settings. Slaten et al. (2024) describes ideal and realistic applications of supporting classroom initiatives. The article is supplemented with additional content to support implementation of a meditation intervention to support client wellness.

Program Learning Objectives:
Participants will acquire the knowledge provided in Slaten et al. (2024) and become familiar with using meditation to help clients better cope with adjustment.
Participants acquire supplemental knowledge to support counseling-related classroom initiatives.
Participants will rehearse and apply the knowledge with a flashcard content review prior to the quiz.
Participant knowledge will be demonstrated in a multiple choice assessment. Passing the quiz with 80% will automatically generate a certificate of course completion. Quizzes may be re-taken until passed.
