Program Content Description:
Xiong et al. (2022) describes an intervention for supporting the adjustment of international students. The article is supplemented with additional content to support measurement of trait mindfulness to support client wellness.

Program Learning Objectives:
Participants will acquire the knowledge provided in Xiong et al. (2022) and become familiar with the construct of trait mindfulness in the context of adjustment.
Participants acquire supplemental knowledge to support the delivery of mindful interventions with clients.
Participants will rehearse and apply the knowledge with a flashcard content review prior to the quiz.
Participant knowledge will be demonstrated in a multiple choice assessment. Passing the quiz with 80% will automatically generate a certificate of course completion. Quizzes may be re-taken until passed.
